Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager at TechForward Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice and enhancing customer engagement across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and fostering engaging conversation with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using analytics tools to drive strategy adjustments.
- Engage with followers and influencers; respond to queries in a timely manner and foster relationships with social media communities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.
- Stay knowledgeable about emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including contests, promotions, and events aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and audience behavior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a technology-focused or e-commerce setting.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
